Collection consists of a menu from the Tower of the Americas restaurant from its opening during the San Antonio Worlds Fair in 1968. The Menu is autographed by O'Neil Ford, the architect for the building project. The original envelope that contained the menu is also included in the collection.

The Tower of the Americas is one of the few observation decks in Texas. It was built for the San Antonio Worlds Fair in 1968, a.k.a. Hemisfair. The Tower of the Americas is located in Hemisfair Park and is managed and maintained by the City of San Antonio. Gay Mueller donated this particular menu. Her father was a good friend of O'Neil Ford.
